Piedmont Park the host for many of Atlanta’s festivals, it is common to see everything from concerts to craft festivals here.

Ponce city market - the old General Motors facility has been turned into a new city center chalked full of interesting eats and artwork complete with a rooftop bar and games on the roof. Bringing the shop, work, eat, play concept into full swing. 


Little five points – an eclectic mix of music, art, shopping and restaurants adorns this part of Atlanta. Making it a great place to come out for a stroll and explore. 


East side village- Unique and trendy bars and spots sprinkle the sidewalks of east side village. Reggae Club, bars with kissing booths where the staff are in costume to look like your favorite celebrities and skateboard half pipes make this an interesting place to hang. 


Virginia Highlands- this part of town is an Atlanta nightlife staple with places like 10 high, a karaoke bar that backs you up with a live band, or dark horse saloon that has a secret password before entry, it also has lots of other amazing boutique restaurants, clubs and bars to explore. 


West Atlanta shopping district – on the other side of Atlanta is a new shopping district with put shack and indoor put-put course. It’s also Chocked full of themed bars where you can go play all sorts of games inside and out, live music and high-end boutique shopping outlets adorn this revitalized part of west Atlanta. 


Stone Mountain Park named for is façade etched into the side of this giant granite rock. Stone mountain park is great place for fall festivals and gatherings. They have a laser show and holiday festivities planned around the park year round. Here you can snow tube, ropes course, hike or golf. This park has something for everyone


High Museum of Art located in the heart of Atlanta enjoy a glass of wine while observing all your favorite artists from history. Pay attention to special dates and functions as this can be a wonderful date night experience also. 


Center for performing arts come catch a show. For all you theatre buffs this this place offers all sorts of plays and performances. 


The Battery/ Truist Park home of the Atlanta Braves this venue doubles as a music venue for major artists. Similarly to the other parts of Atlanta this area is full of bars and restaurants where you can ride a bull, go bowling or just relax and enjoy some live music. 


Mercedez benz stadium Home of the Atlanta Falcons and the Atlanta United this event center is huge, this stadium also puts on several concerts each year for big name artists and performances who are expecting big crowds and has other events outside of Falcons football or soccer. They have great food options and drink choices, and prices are reasonable . 


Fox theater this world-famous venue is home to a wide variety of acts and world class performances sure to add color and class to any evening. 


State Farm Arena home of the Atlanta Hawks, you can also catch tons of other concerts, sporting events, performances and shows at this venue also. 


Alliance theater is a variety playhouse house of sorts. Here you can see world premier musicals and performances from local artists as well as global performances. 


The Tabernacle is mostly a music / comedy venue where you can see some of your favorite artists perform 


Atlantic station is Atlanta’s premier outdoor mall. It has all your favorite high end shopping boutiques along with some Atlanta’s best dining establishments and bars. This is a great place to come to see some unique performances like cirque de soleil. 


Lenox Mall Atlanta’s premier shopping destination for fashionistas with all the latest high-end designer brands and trends located in the heart of Buckhead. 


Phipps plaza- located next to Lenox mall in the heart of Buckhead is another indoor mall offering over 100 of your high-end designer brands, this mall has more things for men fashions and accessories but also houses very high end jewelry store and furniture brands as well. 


Centennial Olympic Park the park was built when Atlanta hosted the 1996 Olympic games, large playground area and splash fountain where you can go to cool off during our sweltering summers or walk the brick paths that were purchased and donated to the park for the Olympic games by GA residents. This park is usually where summer concert festival series are held and is a great place to visit during the winter months as they usually do an Ice-Skating rink and other festive holiday events.


Woodruff Park A great place to begin to explore downtown Atlanta, this park is nestled between skyscrapers, historic buildings, government buildings and educational facilities this park is in the geographic center of the city. Catch a rail car, go for a walk down the board walk or visit one of the many restaurants, bars or nightclubs this area has to offer. 


Illuminarium- is the place to go for next generation fully immersive experiences like the Van Gogh experience or waking wonderland. This place will wow your senses like no other. 


Top Golf an indoor-outdoor golf experience like no other. A lot like a driving range but with much more color. This venue offers great food and drinks and plenty of mini games. Great for an evening of team building or just a night out. 


Six Flags over GA is Georgia’s largest amusement park and the largest amusement park in the southeast. With over 40 rides 3 children area’s complete with water rides and thrill rides this place is sure to put a smile on your face. 


Six Flags White Water largest water park in the southeast with over 20 water rides, wave pool and lazy river this is a wonderful place to cool off and get your thrills during Georgia’s sweltering summer months


Kennesaw mountain – one of Georgia’s state parks, National battlefield park is a 2965-acre battlefield that preserves a civil war battleground. Located in Kennesaw GA this park is a great place to hiking just outside of Atlanta. You can also still find buried civil war memorabilia here as treasure hunters come from miles around in search of artifacts and fun finds


Marietta Square not to far away from the battlefield is the Marietta square or downtown Marietta. Which plays host to some world-famous festivals like Chalktoberfest. Where artists are flown in from around the world to draw with chalk on the streets to create some amazing pieces of art. Taste of Cobb is also a fun festival to come to get to try all the various foods from all over this huge county. The Marietta square provides a unique location with its huge park and fountain in the center of the city and lots of fun bars, restaurants and shops makes for an easy stroll through the festivities. 


Mall of Georgia enclosed super regional shopping mall where you can find anything? Bring your walking shoes this mall is massive. Located just north of Atlanta in Gwinnett County this shopping district is worth the mention primarily because of its sheer size. This is a fun place to meet Santa for the holidays as they have a bass pro shop and a Cabela’s and a gander mountain. Who all usually turn it up for crowd competition and have fun crafts for the kids in Santa’s workshop 


Brewery Tours 

Georgia is also home to several micro breweries although these are not all in the city of atlanta or the surrounding areas. These places usually have a good crowd and are very entertaining places to spend the afternoon where you can usually catch up and coming bands and unique eating experiences get a tour and let the kids run.
