Newnan

Newnan GA is located about 40 min southwest of Atlanta and in recent years has exploded in growth. This community offers lots of bang for the buck and is very attractive for people who are looking for newer homes, larger lots, great schools and low crime. 

Newnan recently built an outdoor mall called Ashley Park and has other immense shopping districts. Newnan is home to 12 nationally registered historic districts where you can find homes from the antebellum, Victorian era. These homes are all throughout the downtown area and give this city its unique southern charm. 

If you need to get out, just south of Newnan lives Dunaway Gardens a breathtaking floral rock garden. Or venture out to Chattahoochee Bend state park with 12 miles of wooded trails where you camp, fish and adventure.
